Recently working with a start up looking at how AI can help streamline internal tools and customer communication within regulated financial industries.

At Transport for London, I re designed the way an account dashboard works to help drivers and businesses to better understand and manage their account, payments and discounts. I learnt about how to deliver value in public sector projects.

Before that I worked for the British retailer John Lewis. I led product design on a project which enhanced customer service interactions using AI through a WhatsApp messaging services.

Before I started working on digital products I was designing products for fashion, textiles and fragrances; exploring ways technology could influence these arenas. A Central Saint Martins alumni, experimenting and exploring has always been where my mind lives.
